Just took my RPM samples for this morning's workout and it defenitely lives up to the hype. Strong energy increases to just let you go and go and go. Fatigue was practically not an issue as the sets seemed to just fly by. Didn't really want to rest at all. Not much in talking about the "pump" but it was really noticable so I have to mention it. Felt like one of those real dry pumps where everything seems to be in constant tensions even when at rest. Great motivater even along side the energy increases. Strength increases... didn't notice any changes but time will tell with that. If the product builds up over time and if the energy levels don't level off like they say then it's going to be good.

All in all this products does what it says and honestly has the potential to change the way people look at pre-workout supplementation.

AN has a winner with this one for sure.:clap2:

his is a tough one, but I can give you a case both ways:


I have not found anything in the literature that states that women cannot use RPM or any of its constituents- RPM works mainly through the stimulation of secondary-type characteristics as far as its effects on hormonal levels (so there seems to be no virilization-type effects- my wife has been taking it for 4-5 weeks (2 caps a day), and has dropped her time in the mile by a minute and a half, and I have given it to several other women that I know, and they pretty much say the same thing: that RPM kicks ass!!!

BUT, and please read this part as well!!!!, RPM does have phytochemical-SARM type characteristics, effecting bone density (good in the case of women), PDE5 inhibition (this is ok b/c women can take Cialis and Viagra too), aromatase inhibition characteristics (not so great for females, unless you are a competitor), estrogen inhibiting characteristics (not so great for females unless you are a competitor), alteration of T:C and T:E ratios (not so great either) and testosterone-mimetic properties (def. not so good).

The last 4 characteristics make me a little hesitant to recommend it to women- not necessarily because I think that it would cause virilization, but I like to err on the side of caution- if you are a female and WANT to try it- I would start small, and work your way up......

I believe in giving people both sides so they can make the most informed decision on whether or not to take a product ;)

Maybe I'm sensative.... I don't know. All I do know is that I took it at about 5:30am yesterday and didn't keep still until about 1:30pm.

Me have new staple.:D

Timeline today- took 4 RPM pre-workout- squats, pulls, med ball throws, core work, some upper body, and then played basketball for 2.5 hours- did not quit because I was tired- just had too much **** to do- I literally have been working or working out since 6:30 this morning, and I think I may go for a run later :)


If Red Bull gives you wings- RPM gives you jet engines!!!!

I used another dose this morning for leg day and had a really good leg workout, could have been better but my patella tendonitis is acting up on me again, so I had to take it fairly light. I'm still getting the same aggressive energy boost for training(hasn't slacked off a bit in this department), but the effects of go, go , go energy are no longer lasting until dinner time.

For it's purposes though,it's still going strong.

Nope, tried it a couple of months ago and got some weird GI effects from it that have prevented me from doing it again.

The only thing I'm using right now is some SAMe, fish oil, and that wonderful, wonderful ice.:D I'm going to look into some glucosamine/chondroitin combos if it persist or worsens anymore.

I am currently taking Ragnorak, Carnage, and Cordyen5 for preworkout; with either AMP or XForce or Stizm.

Got my sample yesterday and trying to make sure I am not duplicating a similar product. Is RPM comparable to AMP + Ragnorak (kind of like AMP plus NO)? Wondering if I can take RPM, but still use Ragnorak, Carnage, and Cordyen5?

I'd say RPM would go swell with that stack.... might want to go with the caff free Rag though. RPM is pretty potent and really provides all the energy your going to need.

I'd say RPM would go swell with that stack.... might want to go with the caff free Rag though. RPM is pretty potent and really provides all the energy your going to need.

Check out Celadrin/Hyaluronic Acid as well...... hope it gets better man.

I'll live.... trying to support AN by competing in their Feast or Famine contest. Very little has been said about it with RPM taking center stage. Not sure how all the other competitors are doing.

So with my weight being about 200lbs, I did 4 caps; guess no more than that should be needed for preworkout. On none workout days, is it at all beneficial to take RPM? If so, at what kind of dosage?

Weight loss? Energy? Pre-Workout? Muscle Gain? All of the above? lol

Dosing on off days is definitely beneficial. You say you're using 4 on workout days...... please experiment with this number. It seems it is varying widely among people of similar weights. Depending on your budget, you could use the same on non-workout days.... or drop it down to 2 to conserve product and thus money.

Me? I was using 4 pre-workout but found I prefer 3 better.
I use 2 every morning, and on non-workout days 1 in the P.M. On Workout days I use 3 pre-workout in the afternoon.

Ongoing day to day use in some fashion will build up a much better cumulative effect..... steady test increases, steady estrogen decreases.....

I may have to go with 3/day next week too. Did 4 this week and really liked it, just seemed like the effects where a little too pronounced. My thinking is 3 on WO days and just 1-2 on non-WO early in the morning just to get the daily doses in.

It is beneficial to take it on non-workout days- just take about 1/2 the dose you would take pre-workout- I would just take it 1st thing in the AM for all-day energy!!!

Just making sure my dosing wasn't lost in translation:

Workout days: 2 in the am, 3 in the pm, pre-workout
Non-workout days: 2 in the am, 1 in the pm.

More caps than one would NEED to do, but it's working hella-good... plus I got this guy on the inside at AN.... keeps me supplied...... trenchcoat full of goods and everything. lol

And let me say that this is working better than all the thermogenics I was trying for months..... I love the feeling of losing weight on the scale and still blasting through workouts!!!!

Number 2 is some developments of mild tension headaches while I've been taking RPM. Now at first I thought nothing and just shrugged it off as stress or something. However, I'm convinced now after having two seperate days of very similiar headaches that it can be attributed to RPM. This to me isn't really a bad side effect it just proves that the product is working(and working good). I never really get headaches and was wondering what would cause me to have two in less then a week, then I remembered that one of the primary sides of Viagra and PDE5 inhibition was an increase in headaches due to an increase in cGMP and NO production which possible contributes to increase pain sensitazation in the muscles around the neck.

With that being said, it's really a pretty good marker of the effectiveness of the product, and as I mentioned in an earlier post, perhaps to effective with the current dosing schedule of 4/day preWO. Thus one of the reasons for my revised dosing protocol. So guys when you get your RPM, do as LB said and start at a lower dosing. I honestly believe that the mileage you can get out of this product at a lower dosage is really, really good. It's stronger then you think it is.:cool:

I can't wait to get mine and see how it works on a low-carb low calorie diet. I like losing fat, but hate to lose strength. Losing strength is just horifying to me. I am not that strong to begin with!.

If it's strength your looking for during Low carbing, I think RPM's a very good choice.:thumbsup:

You should log it T, just so all can see how it works in conjunction with a low carb lifestyle.

So seeing the disparage between mine and LB's dosing and weight I really think a little sweet spot searching for all consumers is warrented.
