So my goal is to lean out a bit. I'm 5'10-11". 190lbs. I have a thick build. My BF% is not measured yet i'm goin to have to say about 17-19%. I have been at it for roughly 2 1/2 years. Diet has been bulking mostly sometimes maintain/weight drop. I have a little supp history nothing drastic, more just here and there aids. Now i want to run a solid stack for the begining of the summer and lean out a fair amount, maybe 10 lbs.( have a bit of a stomach but am flat. I am an easy gainer but i hate cutting becasue i'm worried about muscle loss.
So i'm thinking....
MegaMan Daily - Basic
AI Protein Isolate. - DUH!
Anabolic Pump./ or Leviathan? Lean Muscle/Fat burn
AI Excell - Recovery or Scivation?
Kre-Alk - Muscle Maintaining
RPM if i can get in soon, if not i wil add in later. - PreWO
Main goal is to obviously maintain/gain lean muscle while burning a few pounds. Any help is appreciated and call me an idiot if need be....:thumbsup:
P.S. I'll be doing HIIT style Cardio 2-3 times a week and lifting 3 times. Not sure on that program yet.
