ok i am consuming approx ~280mg - 852mg ED with just egg intake alone...
my question is why do all the supp i have seen (like X-factor) suggest to avoid things like:
Flax and Fish oil supplements, and
Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) while taking AA.
limit oily fish to two meals per week, and avoid the unbalanced (very high) consumption of foods known to be high in omega 3 fatty acids?

what/how does these other fatty cids effect this fatty acid?

The anti-inflamatory action of the omega 3s interferes with the (localized) inflamatory action of the AA.

You'd need to go to the Molecular Nutrition forum and ask a rep. General advice is to keep Omega 3s below a gram a day when taking AA.

How much AA is in a large egg? I am taking x-factor and I am on a ketogenic diet and I usually take in up to 10 large eggs a day.

large =~70mg per egg whole that you eat.
so 10 eggs whole ~700mg
this will be slightly less if hard boiled...but i def noticed all the effects that X-factor claimed by eatting any were from 4-12 whole eggs a day hardboild and our raw.
