MPI in water

Does anyone know if milk protein isolate (or whey I suppose) will degrade if left in water for 6-8 hours. I ask because I just switched to MPI from WPI and if I mix it with a shaker...it just doesnt work. Its like trying to drink sand.

So what I want to do is blend about 6 scoups of MPI with 2 scoups of WPI and some oats and olive oil and drink it over 8 hours while im at work.

Thoughts?
