Would taking these together be alright or would it taking the AP with the EC cause problems?

No as in it will not cause problems or no as in dont not take it together?

sry im just not sure which you mean, my apologies...by the way im on my second bottle of AP and i absolutly love it!

doesnt ephedrine have some kind of positive effect on insulin sensitivity?
