PWO drinks for 2 workouts a day???

I workout 2x day, im on a pretty tight budget & am not a bodybuilder. (im a boxer, training for my first MMA fight) - i fight at 155lbs, about 9% BF - can i still benefit from half a dose after each workout? im looking at a custom blend from trueprotein of about 45g Waxy Maize Starch, 20g WPI, some L-glutamine & some taurine. ive got my BCAAs covered from customcapsules.... i also take a shake for brekky (200g mixed berries, 75g oats & 30g WPI/WPC) & Casein before bed.
