what would happen if I took retain and hotrox, increased my cardio but did NOT decrease my calories and still contiued to workout 4x a week, cardio 3x a week?
basically if you do more cardio then you burn more calories, if you do more cardio at the same calorie intake your probabely gonna lean out, if you add weight loss supps then your probabely gonna lean out even more, if you eat lard all day and dont do any cardio your probabely gonna turn into a fat ass. its all common sense.
for me cortisol blockers worked great, you should enjoy it.
