Been off training for about two years. Been in the gym for about a month now and my joints are creaking like an old man. Mainly elbow, shoulder popping, not painful. I am finding my strength is coming back faster than my joints can handle. My diet is very poor being vitamins, occasional saltines at work, high quality protein once maybe twice a day. Could the lack of food cause this. I was wondering if Cissus might help with the joint creaking.
