got a free bottle inside protein bucket. any good feedback on this prod ?? i see it is 1000mg on bcaa. must be good.

1g of bcaa's isn't really much at all. How many servings are in the bottle? If there are enough you could take multiple servings at a time to make up for the small amounts.
