E-Bol (3 weeks in)

I'm 3 weeks into my E-Bol cycle, taking the recommended dose as well as upping my protein intake...(well over 1.5g per pound of body weight)

so far...not impressed, gains are minimal if any. Probably just maintaining...I'll have a more detailed report when i'm done with the bottle (1-2 more weeks)

What does the rest of your diet look like? Goals? What's your training like?

usually a 5 day split...it's been the same/similar to what I was doing before, in terms of intensity, duration, etc...

my diet is also similar, to how it was before, very clean, except currently i'm implicating a little carb cycling (high/med/low carb days)...like I said before my protein is, at least, 1.5g/lbs a day...which is more then normal...

my goals, in the long run, are to drop BF and gain lean muslce
