usually a 5 day split...it's been the same/similar to what I was doing before, in terms of intensity, duration, etc...
my diet is also similar, to how it was before, very clean, except currently i'm implicating a little carb cycling (high/med/low carb days)...like I said before my protein is, at least, 1.5g/lbs a day...which is more then normal...
my goals, in the long run, are to drop BF and gain lean muslce
