Vit. B6 and BCAA's

Does Vit. B6 help with absorbtion of BCAA's? If so, why would XF Ice take it out?

Because it is readily available in alot of other things if your on a multi and eating good foods.

Also they might have had diff. cost factors involved...who knows. It is def. not too important.

Blackjack is definitely the best card game to play at a casino! Almost everyone I know is a hold 'em/Poker fan but blackjack takes the cake for me
