  2. No doubt --- Chaos by AI. Its now 29.95 at Nutra!!

Chaos (30 Servings) By Anabolic Innovations

  3. Out of the various supps I've tried (NO-xplode, superpump by gaspari, generic AAK +CEE, WB/GB/GG, Shock Therapyby universal, and CVM by SNS among others). The best was CVM, which I can hardly find now, followed by a close second of Shock Therapy. Pumps, Focus, and Strength were the best on these for me. Hope this helps.

Also, ST is around $27 and CVM was around $24

  4. I haven't tried it, but WTF Pumped by ALRI has a very good ingredient profile and is also $29.99 at Nutra.

  5. According to David Tolson, who wrote an article on another site that was the source for this recipe, the following preworkout mix is both good and inexpensive (I agree - I made and have used it a lot):

    Pre-workout mix
    Calcium Citrate, 8 oz
    Tyrosine Powder, 4 oz
    Acetyl-L-carnitine, 75 g
    Caffeine, 1 tablet (taken separately)

"This is enough for 50 workouts, and costs about $30. Each serving (a heaping tablespoon) provides 4.5 g calcium citrate, 2.25 g l-tyrosine, and 1.5 g ALCAR, with the option of additional caffeine (I recommend using tablets for the sake of convenience, as caffeine is so inexpensive to begin with). This blend can also be taken at other times during the day as a mild stimulant."

  6. bulk aakg powder
    caffeine
    vitamin b complex

  7. cool i just need something to get me going

  8. You can't go wrong with Chaos, especially at the unbelievable low price it is now.

  9. Check out Axis Lab's Smash. Nutraplanet is currently having a big synergy sale and Smash is included in the sale. Its currently running for $23.95. Great taste along with a great ingredient profile! We've also got some logs running in the supplement log section so be on the lookout for that as well

I second that. I used SP250 for about 2 months and it was ok but it sent me to the bathroom too much, not worth it in my opinion. I tried some samples I received from axis labs smash and it was one of the best preworkout supps ive used. Hands down one of my favorites. Im about to try animal pump for a month which is also said to be very good. I will povide feedback on that when im done with it.

  11. Scivation vasoxplode

I am not too happy with my VasoXplode. I thought I would love it, since Extend is a staple for me, but I dig NO Shotgun over VasoX.

I am getting ready to order some Chaos, but I will be trying my Axis Smash sample tonight, and see what happens...

  14. Chaos. period. Love the focus and the intensity achieved by taking it.

  18. Choas is good choice, Ready4War is also great. If you buget is tight go with GO! on BSL. 10 bucks can't beat that.

  19. I was wondering how good it is for women to take HMB. I start a new job on Monday at a private prison and have to watch what I injest as I will be taking random drug tests. I also will be finally joing a gym (not working out at home) and will have more access to other equipment. What can anyone recommend for me to build my glutes, hams and abductor area.

I will be keeping a log of my dialy routines both nutritionally and physically and I would greatly appreciate any constructive criticism. Remeber I am a female and I weigh 97lbs. I am 5'0 tall.

  20. NP's Ultimate mass stack...19.95 for a month. hands down the best for the price.

  21. SMASH hands down, I am loving this stuff!
