just wanna get some feedback from those of u that have used the phen powder?? ive heard its actually like a mild xtc effect? also, how many grams do u take??

Phenibut is quite interesting. Some people feel "drunk" at higher dosages, a lot of people use it at lower dosages for feelings of well being and for an anti-anxiety effect. Starting out, I would go with 500mg's first to assess tolerance. You could go up to a gram and see how you feel after that. It's a toss up with dosages, as it definitely varies for a lot of people. Start it low though, as it hits some people "hard", and can give a nasty hangover as well. I am a big fan of it, just don't overuse it.

My favorite use of the stuff is as a catalyst with other party substances. It goes great with alcohol, as it seems to amplify the effects of alcohol, creating a cheap but enjoyable evening.

i've been using phen on and off for about 2 mths. now.....and i love it.....what was recommended to me was stay on for 5 days and more more w/ at least 3 off so as your body doesn't build up a high tolerence......this stuff is awesome with SNS's focus xt mix the two and enjoy......get the bulk from NP though a little cheaper....sorry SNS but it's true...

yeah, its actually a few dollars cheaper at D.A. what do u recommend for a starting dose? have any of u guys used that yohimbine powder???

what i did is what was mentioned before...start @ around 500mgs. and go from there....due to past abuse in other areas...my tolerence for stims(which phen is not), and most other supps. is very high to begin with so i jumped to 2000mgs. after a few experimental runs of it....just use your best judgement...i'm sure you'll me fine.

i don't think so...don't beleive seeing any...it's not really that king of supp. i.e. 5days on 2-3 days off......but you can always go the standard route

Logging it on bb.com. Just look up my user name (same as this one). Also look for "theshrink". I don't drink, so I can't say the effects of alcohol with it. I like using PHeni to get 8 hours of sleep STRAIGHT. No natural disturbances... (can't help against the unnatural ones... darn family members lol).

But yes, look on bb.com. There's a place where you can get pheni for ~$7 cheaper than the SNS brand. It's by Giant I believe... Go check that out too. Good luck man!

the first time i tried it i took it at night and slept soo hard. my alarm clock went off for over an hour the next morning before i woke up. anyways all that day i was in the most amazing mood it was great. never have been able to get it to work that well since. and i only use it like once every mounth or two just for fun, so i know i dont have a tolerance...

No offense taken ...I'll ALWAYS go wherever I can get something cheaper! It does make a great stack with Focus XT though, that is one of my favorite "feel good" stacks.
