well thats something you can do the math yourself, but let me tell you that the bulk powerfull is the old version, and the capped one with 90 caps is the new one that you need to take less caps than the older one

I like to dose the bulk powerFull so that I go through 200 grams in four weeks. So in that case, it's a difference of five dollars: 200g bulk at $30 vs. 1 bottle of the new caps at $35. Haven't tried the new stuff yet tho so I can't really tell you how it compares and if the recommended dosage needs to be upped(thus lasting less than 30 days).
