what does the citrate do?? is it just for faster absorbtion??? looking for a good creatine to add strength, V12 worked very well in past, but is there anything better out there. Also CEE i did not notice any effects.

it bonds to the creatine to form a salt.......and it's pretty cheap

If you really want a good creatine, look no further than good ol' monohydrate: cheap, and effective, proven to work
