I just got some bulk grean tea powder from np and ive never taken it before so i want to know the dosage and how often i should take it.

I would say about 500mg twice daily on an empty stomach would be sufficient and get the job done.

Ohhhh man - that stuff is BAD. Tastes freaking awful.

I think a half a gram would do. I forget the %ECGC. 500 mgs a day of that is pretty darn good dose for fat burning.

i take mine in the morning. i have read that it increases fat oxidation so it might be useful pre workout.
