Cissus and Powerfull

Are these ok for 18 yrd olds? I'm very interested in both of these but I've heard their may be steroidal compounds in cissus and obviously if this is the case it would be best to wait till I was 21+? any thoughts?

I am pretty sure you can use both. There is nothing "steroidial" about them. I really don't think you wil get much benefit from them at your age though.
