DLPA...Tyrosine.

I've recently read what Tyrosine and DLPA can do for helping out with workouts and dopamine levels and whatnot.

I was just wondering what people thought of these compounds, and if you believe they are worth trying out?

Also with DLPA...what would a good dose be for someone of my size (assuming size affects the effectiveness)?
