Here is a really simple explanation of a complicated function...

Niacin dilates the capillaries near the skin. When the blood flow increases, fat cells around the area begin to release toxins that are being stored. The toxins are responsible for the release of histamines, kinda like sayin, "there are toxins here, send more blood".

i just ordered mass fx, hyperdrol and retain two and plan on running it for eight weeks at the recommended dosages. I dont really know anything about anabolic pump or activate, could i add these also to my stack? and what is the deal with omegas and x factor? i want to run x factor and i take flax oil, do i have to stop all together?

Ive just done some research on diffrent items and have ordered myself the following

I think you could have done without some of these. I mean, most are good to great, but you dropped some good coin. IF it were me, i would have gone with this:

1) beta alanine
2) CEE
3) CM , AAKG, Taurine (perhaps a concotion for Preworkout)
4) BCAA's
5) Fish oil
5) sesamin (if you must)
 



Over-analysis + perfectionism = procrastination & wasted years

I've allready got BCAA and fish oil bought from some other place, but thanks for sugestion.
Any idea how to use those and especially would be interested on how to use them on off days as I can not find find any info regarding this. I've found out so far that AAKG for egz. shouldn't be used for longer than 60 days.
When it comes to creatine stack I personally think that Dymatize Xpand is a top stuff, especially this newest version as it doesn't contain caffeine which makes it hard to fall asleep, No Xplode from BSN could be good but as I don't drink coffee and don't want to use cofeine is not for me.
Any sugestions regarding dosing of those things I've ordered on aff days especially would be highly appreciated

Some of these supps seem to be promising but very expensive.I guess they would be good for those who don't use PH or AAS or for those who want to run a non hormonal supplement while off of PH or AAS.Just very expensive in my book.Hell I can almost get an AAS cyle cheaper than some of these stacks.
