tend to have trouble sleeping when doing ph's. would taking powerfull to help with sleep be alright.
 
you may want to try POSEIDON....
I sleep like a baby while on it.....

and it won't mess with your PH cycle, either, may help it.
 
I think Powerfull would give you some great sleep benefits on the cycle, it use to really knocks me out for those deep dark nappys. Poseidon definetly invigorates the old CNS both actively and passively(while at rest), and I sleep much more deeper since I've started. It could possibly even help with the detox effects of the ph's to.

Thanks for the kind words bigt, I was wondering where you had been at seeing as how I haven't seen you around the board much lately.
And yes either of the products would be fine with epi.
