I am 6'2 and 225 pounds with BF% around 12%. I have been seriously lifting for 3 going on 4 years now and have been at a plateau for awhile now and need to break it. This is the stack I will try ...let me know what you think! Please add anything you think I should add or modify.
Week 1-4
JW - 3 capsules/day
Week 3-6
BAM - 2 capsules/day
Week 5-8
Restore - 3 capsules/day
Included in PCT:
Nolva - 40mg/30/20/10
Lean Extreme - 150mg/100/100/50
Also, Milk Thistle at 1000mg/day during entire cycle and PCT.
Might Throw in 4 weeks of AP, where do you guys think I should insert it?
