Hello all. Just wanted to post this to see what everyone thought on the correct dosing schedule on the following stack....(I have read the dosing directions on the bottles, but just wanted to make sure or if anyone suggests something a little different)

AP / POWERFULL / DCP / SESATHIN

I am 5'11 / 205lbs, 33yrs of age. Trying to add mass/lose BF.

Meal 1 = 8:00 (protein/carb shake)
Meal 2 = 11:00 (chicken breast / brown rice)
Meal 3 = 3:00 (homemade protein bar, 30P/30C/10F)
preworkout shake or bar = (1 scoop whey or 30P/30C/10F bar)
postworkout shake = (40g whey / 50g carbs)
meal 4 = 8:00 (chicken breast/s.potatoe)
meal 5 = 11:00 (cottage cheese/natty pb)

I also eat green vegetable in my meals and take in fish oils, multivitamin, etc.)

If you get the time, i would appreciate it. thanks
