What do you think of my supp stack?

3 caps- Nature’s Way ALIVE Multi Vitamin- in am

4 caps/ 2000mgs- Taurine- 1 am, 2 pre workout, 1 post workout

2 oz Liquid Protein 100- 1 first wake up & 1 b/f bed

3 scoops of 100% Natural Protein- 1 10am, 1 4pm, & 1 post workout

2 tbls of flax seed oil- 1 w/ 10 am protein shake &
1 w/ 4pm protein shake

1 scoop of NO Xplode pre workout days only

2 cap- Kre-Alkalyn EFX/ 1 pre workout and 1 post. Off days I just take in the PM on empty stomach

2 caps- 17 alpha oxo nolone/ 1 am and 1 b/f bed.

Let me know if anybody thinks I should add anything.
Feed back will be appreciated.
 
Looks great - I would add some glutamine and more branched aminos unless your 100% is giving you enough. I like twin labs amino fuel, it has a ton of aminos plus its liquid form so its quickly digested pre workout as opposed to a cap which typically takes 1-3 hours
 
Thanks Johnny for your advice. I think I am going to add the Glutamine. As for the BCAA's, I think my Iron Tek 100% Protein has a good amount. Maybe it doesn't. Here is the run down on the side of the tub per serving:

Alanine- 1.06g
Arginine- 0.44g
Aspartic Acid- 2.40g
Cystine- 0.34g
Glutamic Acid- 4.60g
Glycine- 0.40g
Histidine- 0.33g
Isoleucine- 1.35g
Leucine- 2.33g
Lysine- 2.03g
Methionine- 0.37g
Phenylalanine- 0.66g
Proline- 1.37g
Serine- 1.13g
Threonine 1.47g
Tryptophant- 0.39g
Tyrosine- 0.53g
Valine- 1.24g

Let me know if these are not enough.
