Powerfull and libido?

Is the NEW powerfull as effective on libido as i hear the old stuff was?

I have been using PowerFull for nearly 6 weeks now, and I have not seen any difference at all. Nothing, not even better sleep!

So as the old saying goes, "Your mileage will vary!"
