Iam 37 have played sports in college and worked out accordingly but have never really trained in a gym to get that awesome build. There are so many books/ website post I dont know which to follow. I have taken Creakic and some vitamins and etc since I have just started weight training again. I would truly appreciate any suggestions as far as training regimens, supplements,diet. Iam 6'1 235lbs and would love to get a 6 pack and great muscle structure. Thankyou very much Iam tired and frustrated from all the hype out there and want to know what works for real people.
