At Protein Customizer I can customize my own protein mix @ a good price (I believe):

What would be a good mix of protein, carbs, and supplements.

Milk Isolate ____% @ $4.75

WPC 80% ____% @ $3.50
Micellar Casein ____% @ $8.75

CARB

Good question.

IMO you could have 2 proteins.

One protine of just pure whey isolate for post workout.

Then combine 3 or 4 different proteins like casein, egg and regular whey. Then you can add your own fat and/or carbs depending on what your meal program is.

for the post workout, what i would do is just buy any whey concentrate and buy dextrose at a local brewery shop, or throw in oats for carbs. if you want to spend more for the isolate then go ahead.

for other times of the day i think a blend of milk isolate and egg would be good

The attached link contains what I went with for my 1st Order with Protein Customizer and my comments about the service, the delivery, the cost, and the product.

I'm doing TKD so no carbs for me except post workout. I add ground oatmeal for my post workout like Bobo suggested in one of his many keto posts.
