I've never tried the liquid. And the caps don't seem to be performing *magic*. I don't know if it's my diet, other cutting supps, or the sesamin, but I am losing bodyfat.
99% of the people I see commenting on this issue recommend the liquid, and a lot have taken both and provided direct comparison.
So, we find that Seasmin != Sesamin. I guess it's all about ingestion/emulsion method.
I'm going to finish up my current bottle of Scivation Sesamin. I've got another full sealed bottle I'm going to hope to trade with someone. Xtend would be nice.
the sci caps are surprisingly effective for me personally, and i never saw a thing from the original caps.i'm on the road alot so carrying sesathin is a pain for me otherwise i would stick to that.
So you're doing a recomposition (muscle gain with fat loss)?
Yeah, I'd say go with the liquid because it's cheaper and seems to be the best way to administer sesamin. However, if you want to trade that for a little more convenience, go with our caps. SRX also makes solid caps.
i've used avants liquid, scivations caps, and bulk liquid from BN and the scivation didnt even compare to the other two to me in terms of results. i say go with BN's liquid for best price/effectiveness.
I'm noticing the Scivation Scicaps to be very potent, much more so that the original liquid caps were, and certainly more comparable to the Avant liquid, however much more cost effective.
