Multivitamin

Anybody have good props for a multivitamin, something from one of the board sponsors? It's for my wife and myself if they have a mens and womens version.

I like the NOW ADAM's Mens Multi, be careful and not waste much money on a multi, most of em have way too many unnecessary ingredients.

Cant go wrong with NOW foods vitamins, and they have ADAM for men and EVE for women!

i know a good multi-vitamin....in liquid form... I have heard they have the best rate percentage wise of your body. Solids usually have a high percentage that passes through your body with out being used.
