Supplement and workout help

Hey guys, I am around 6 feet tall and weighed 190 in high school back when I was playing football. Now, sadly, I weigh 155 in my second year of college so I am looking into weightlifting again. I was never very serious with it, just did what my coaches told me to do and took a few supplements, creatine and some whey stuff. Anyways I was wondering if anyone could reccommend some good supplements for someone starting back up and maybe even a workout routine. I just want to add bulk and get toned. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
