I havent been too stressed. I have looked into all of the causes of decrease in libido in normal (non athletic) men, and non of them ring a bell.
Diet right now is 50p/35c/15f. Have been dieting for around eight weeks, no changes. I need to increase my healthy fat intake. Is there a relationship between healthy fats and libido?
Rebound reloaded is def out of the picture now that i have researched. I understood that it helped people with libido (but after research i found the opposite), maybe i was thinking rebound xt?
