Sexual sides- Libido

In the past month or so i have been having a major loss in libido, and a decrease in quality of sexual performance. :wtf: This has NEVER happened to me before and i am obviously concerned. I am dieting, but at a very healthy weight. Around 10%bf and built well. Also i am young.

Current supplements are Lean Xtreme and X factor. Has anyone heard of any sexual sides with these two? Nevertheless i am going to cut them anyway, (maybe help out as a placebo).

I am planning on having some levels checked ie bloodwork. What exactly should i get tested? I want to check everything in relation to sexual health/ performance/ libido.

Are there any supplements (no steroids) that could help me out here? Other than the obvious, trib, etc.

Thanks for all your help.

I used Paravol for the very same problem and it fixed everything with me. Also what supps were you on within the last 3 months? As for those two, I have never heard of anything relating to those.

Ill look into paravol.

Everything in the last three months have been X factor, lean xtreme, eca, + the obvious ones creatine, bcaa, fish oil, etc.

Most recent cycle (2nd cycle) was 10 months ago. No problems during pct or after pct.

the tribulis is fine but don't do the rebound reloaded. many people have had libido issues with it. i believe it lowers estrogen too much resulting in loss of libido.

What does your diet look like? Have you had any major changes in it as of late?

The ECA could be the cause. Many people experience libido/performance problems with stims. It seems to be dose dependent for some people, but I stay away from stims if at all possible due to said problems.

I havent been too stressed. I have looked into all of the causes of decrease in libido in normal (non athletic) men, and non of them ring a bell.

Diet right now is 50p/35c/15f. Have been dieting for around eight weeks, no changes. I need to increase my healthy fat intake. Is there a relationship between healthy fats and libido?

Rebound reloaded is def out of the picture now that i have researched. I understood that it helped people with libido (but after research i found the opposite), maybe i was thinking rebound xt?

Yeah i was thinking the ECA could have been it, because that seems like perfect timing. Too bad, eca cuts the fat off of me! But libido is MUCH more important (just ask my girlfriend  )

Thanks guys

So you've been dieting for a 8 weeks and noticed the loss of libido the past 4...is that right?

If so, it could very well be diet related...and yes...healthy fats play a big role in hormone regulation. Try eating more olive oil, Flax oil, almonds etc...Are you getting enough Vitamins and Minerals in your diet...how about zinc in particular?

Wow, I'm in about the exact same situation. 26, last cycle was about 8 months ago, and libido has dropped off the face of the earth. I've tried most of the natural libido enhancing supps, and nothing has worked that great. I'm taking endotest currently as I recall trib with a good protodioscin content did me pretty well in the past. Powerfull has worked in the past, not so much now. I did 6-oxo and activate for a while and not much doing there either. I got so frustrated that I've started to rely on cialis a little more than I'd like to admit. I'm going to see about blood work soon but unfortunately my doc has to order this. DHEA worked wonders in the past so I'm going to give that a go once the blood work comes back, unless the blood work shows I need to look at other avenues like estrogen, etc.

i to recently did a cycle of x-factor and it killed my sex drive in a massive way so it could be that.
