My dad mentioned today(in our first talk about supplements 
) that in the past he was tested for low testosterone. He was prescribed Androgel but he said that it made him feel sluggish. He was also given something else that he said made him feel fat(it might've given him some estrogen rebound, now that I think about it).
I've told him about ZMA and the ingredients in Jungle Warfare that I have been taking. But at his age/weight/activity level, I don't think ZMA will do enough and I don't think the binding of SHBG will free up enough test for him.
What do you guys recommend that I get for him?
I'm looking for something that will help increase test, not just free up test(since I don't even know if he has enough to free up). Some things that I'm looking at are:
Tribulus
6-oxo
ActivaTe (+ Rebound) but, again, I don't know if the SHBG binding will help for him
ATD (I don't really know anything about it though)
Formestane
Any suggestions?
