Hi,
I am curious what is the purpose of taking CM on off days? I've been told that it is standard to take 7g a day divided into two 3.5g doses, but before I blow some more hard-earned cash, I'd like to know what the CM is doing for me when I'm not working out.
Is it just for saturation purposes?
