Hey I play rugby and I was thinking about taking a Testosterone booster before my games. I was wondering if this is a good idea and also, which one is the best.

Nettle root extract or Nettle Blend. It will bind to SHBG and free up more of your own testosterone.

Just curious: union or league, what position?
