MCT's and Sesathin

Is it pointless to take MCT's (Coconut Oil) and Sesathin together. If so how far spacing should I have between them thanks guys.

Pointless? No. Saturated fats and Sesathin are fats that are beneficial in your diet... As far as spacing between the two, I don't think it really matters...

I remember seeing it IS beneficial to taking them together. I cant remember why.. but Im sure old savage or team will drop in to say why.

MCTs and SesaThin are great together. In fact, combining the two yourself is a very crude version of SesaLean, our cooking oil.

Both work by shifting the body's preference for fat storage towards fat oxidation, and the two combined appear to do that to a greater extent than either alone.
