Weeks 1-2: JW
Weeks 3-4: JW & BAM
Weeks 5-6: JW & BAM
Weeks 7-8: JW & BAM
Weeks 9-10: BAM & Restore
Weeks 11-12: Restore

Plus....

-Purple Wraath, GlycerGrow, Green Magnitude, White Blood
-5 bottle of Anabolic Pump(all at once!!! JK)
-Black hole & Periactin(antihistamine) for appetite stimulant
-muscle milk for breakfast
-muscle milk RTD for a snack
-hydrolyzed protein for post w/o
-casien before bed
-multi, flax seed oil

My post w/o routine:

1 AP 15min before my w/o is over, then 70g waxy maize starch with 15g BCAA & 10g Luecine right after my w/o, followed by 45g hydrolyzed protein 20min later, and then a meal 30min later.


I know this is a lot, but this will be over an extended period of time, and things will just start to overlap. I know it might be best to break this into 2 cycles, but I just wanted to do one long one. This will make it harder to tell which ones work better than others, but one things for sure.... I SHOULD HAVE GREAT GAINS!!!

P.S. I have 2 bottles of Super Cissus RX. Should I throw that in the mix? 1 breakfast, 2 pre w/o, 1 bed on workout days; 1 breakfast 1 lunch, 1 dinner on non workout days.
 
i was thinking how to incorperate waxy starch into my workout as well. sounds like you got it figured out. so with the meal 30 minutes later, will u have more carbs? I assume if u do, they will be low GI?
 
I guess restore will last more than two weeks. 2-3 Cissus should be enough.

5 AP! Thats like 200$ alone :jaw:
