Tight! Hardcore

  1. Question Tight! Hardcore

Here is the hardcore version of Tight!
    SAN :: Tight Hardcore
    Has anyone tried it?

  2. Let’s begin with Group 1-(Delta-5-E, Forslean, and Potassium Iodide), and how your metabolism will shift into high gear once your natural thyroid production is turbocharged.

Delta 5-E causes fat to be easily released from the fat cells so it is used as the preferred energy source. Delta 5-E (the trademark name for SAN’s exclusive 7-Keto-DHEA Ester technology) is a metabolite of DHEA that causes fat to be easily released from fat cells so it’s utilized as the preferred energy source. Delta 5-E also increases natural thyroid production by stimulating the release of the thyroid hormone T3 and the conversion of T4 to T3 to quickly access and destroy fat during exercise. Delta 5-E also inhibits the release of cortisol and its plasma half-life is over 300% as long as ordinary 7-Keto DHEA, which means fewer and smaller doses are required to achieve even greater metabolic enhancement for more dramatic fat loss.

Next up in Group 1 is Forslean (Forskolin), which also increases the overall metabolic rate by stimulating the secretion of T4 from the thyroid and promoting the conversion to T3 and may actually increase growth hormone (GH) production, which further enhances fat burning. See, the better your thyroid functions, the more fat you’ll burn.

Forslean forces body fat to be burned as fuel by activating an enzyme in the fat cell called Hormone Sensitive Lipase (HSL) to release fat to travel where it’s needed as fuel… primarily to working muscles. Typically the body requires hormones like epinephrine and NE (norepinephrine) to bind to fat cell receptors in order to activate HSL. Forslean mimics the effects of those fat mobilizing hormones and enters fat cells through the membrane, which increases the levels of Cyclic Adenosine MonoPhosphate (cAMP). The increase in cAMP activates more HSL, which frees up more fat to be used as fuel.

Forslean also increases T3 levels in muscle tissue, which potentiates the “citric acid cycle” (krebs cycle). This forces the fat stored in muscles to be burned without the production of ATP. Normally, ATP must be present as part of the krebs cycle. But Forslean activates the krebs cycle without ATP, and in the process forces stored fat to be transported to the muscles to be used as fuel.

One of the most difficult feats to accomplish is fat loss without some degree of resultant muscle loss. Even more rare is to actually gain muscle while losing fat. In studies using Forslean, not only did muscle mass not decline… it actually increased as the fat loss was taking place! The seeming impossibility of burning fat and gaining muscle simultaneously is finally a reality. *1

Finishing off Group 1 is Potassium Iodide (Iodine). Iodine is an essential element that enables the thyroid gland to produce thyroid hormones.*2 Iodine is included in Tight Hardcore to maintain the body’s natural production of thyroid hormones. With the help of iodine, whether you’re training with maximum intensity, resting or sleeping... your metabolism is a raging, fat burning inferno.

Group 2 (Tyramine, Hordenine, and Synephrine) is up next and forces fat to be used as the preferred energy source. Plus the compounds in Group 2 suppress appetite and decrease food intake safely, while providing a feeling of comfortable fullness, even when caloric intake is reduced.*3

Tyramine makes dieting effortless and is a much safer and better alternative to ephedra (ephedrine), which worked well for fat burning because it stimulated the neurotransmitter, norepinephrine (NE).*4 The problem is that NE must remain free to circulate in the body to be effective. Tyramine occupies the NE receptor, so NE remains active and torches all the body fat in its path.*5 Ephedra was never able to occupy NE’s receptor so the body developed a tolerance very quickly. Tyramine does not cause downregulation, so it continues to enhance fat burning, while elevating the mood, even during normally trying diets.

The second ingredient in Group 2, Hordenine, releases NE from its storage pools.*6 Hordenine not only liberates NE, it also competes with NE uptake just like Tyramine. That means Hordenine and Tyramine double team NE receptors to virtually guarantee NE remains free and active for incredible thermogenic effects. Hordenine is also documented to elevate Dopamine (the feel good neurotransmitter) through selective MAO-B inhibition.*7 This contributes to an enhanced state of well-being while dieting.

Hordenine also slows down the gastrointestinal tract, which decreases the amount of food necessary to achieve a feeling of satiety (fullness), while also decreasing the appetite between meals.*8 Furthermore, Hordenine also resets the ideal weight point in the brain. So as fat is lost and weight is reduced, the body wants to maintain its current state. Hordenine prevents “diet rebounding” because it is the first and only food supplement that assists the user in losing weight while taking it, and continues to work long after stopping use of the compound.

Synephrine completes Group 2 and is a stimulant, similar to caffeine and ephedrine, which provides an energy boost, while suppressing appetite and increasing metabolic rate and caloric expenditure. *9

That brings us to Group 3 Afterburn™ (4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone), Evodiamine, and Caffeine Anhydrous.

(4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-butanone), which we’ll simply refer to now as “Afterburn”, has a chemical structure similar to Capsaicin and Synephrine. Afterburn™ further activates fat metabolism through the release of NE (norepinephrine) and the translocation of HSL (hormone sensitive lipase), which you may remember were also stimulated by Group 1’s compounds. But it also has a common bond with Group 2’s actions because it causes fat to be used as the energy source of choice.

Up next in Group 3 is the 99% pure Evodiamine, a potent heat stimulant that increases energy and has diuretic effects, while raising body temperature. Evodiamine causes vasodilation, which induces heat production and heat loss at the same time to burn fat and calories at a greatly enhanced rate.

Evodiamine also inhibits appetite thru CCK (Cholecystokinin), a neuropeptide hormone in the CNS as well as the gastrointestinal tract. This results in a tremendous increase in the natural fat burning rate. Evodiamine works by increasing catecholamine production from the adrenal glands. Basically, Evodiamine increases cAMP and cGMP to cause the eventual activation of numerous enzyme reactions in the body, including carbohydrate metabolism and fat oxidation. Because of its potent thermogenic properties, it may be possible to actually lose, rather than gain weight, even when consuming a caloric surplus.

The third and final ingredient of Group 3 is Caffeine Anhydrous. In addition to its mild stimulant, energy enhancing and diuretic effects, Caffeine Anhydrous potentiates the fat burning actions of Forslean (from Group 1) and Tyramine (from Group 2). Short-term appetite suppression is also another benefit.

  3. Looks like a decent product to me. SAN's products are excellent so far. I have tried a few, and love them. It's ingredients are pretty complete, but I can't seem to find the label..

  4. I tried Tight a couple years ago. I liked it ok...Hopefully the price of the new version will go down though...

  5. This is just retail. Online retailers will have it lower for sure.

  6. Looks promising, especially with the Raspberry Ketones. I'd like to use this for a TSH PCT after my Thyrogen-X is up.

  7. i liked the old version, the price will def. have to come down. i also like the add. of rasberry ketones.

  8. Looks to be pretty good.
