Dmae?

I was reading up on my DMAE since it's in my Xenadrine and it says it calms you down, makes your mood good, and helps you concentrate and retain thoughts.....anyone know the legitimacy of this? I actually think I concentrate and am in a better mood...who knows....anyone?

I have bi-polar/manic depressive! What does that mean man?! I only take 2 Xenadrine a day, that wouldnt be enough to f*ck me up right?

yea - i dont know how much dmae is needed to cause a prob - but u should definately have that checked out
