Does anyone else have this problem?

I see to have a normal response to creatine mono, but nothing when I'm using CEE.

Any ideas?

Thats just how it goes. Everyone is different, so pinpoint the why is impossible. Have you tried any of the other desingner creatines? If the bloat is what you want to avoid of course... if not, mono it is.

Which brand of CEE?

Yeah, I respond better to mono-creatine as well. I usually pick up the micronized version.
I have tried CEE before and didn't have much luck with it. There are no studies out there anyways that proves that the ethyl version of creatine bypasses the normal absorbsion(sp?) process and goes dierectly into the cells.
I say stick with what works best for you. Experiment. Everybody responds differently to different things. You need to read how your body reacts and adjust accordingly. That goes for anything(Food, supplements, etc.)

Thanks bro. :)

I would give you rep points, but I don't seem to know how, lol.

To give Rep points, all you have to do is click on the Karma(ying/yang) icon under the persons name that you want to give reps to.
I am glad that I could help. That is why I am here.;)

I respond better to mono also, CEE gives me an upset stomach, I think.

Im the complete opposite, CM gives me stomache 'issues'...its all about finding what works best for you.

Not to knock CEE, but I don't believe there's very much (if any) of substantial evidence suggesting it works (based on controlled studies). I couldn't even find one study (good or bad) on pubmed. Perhaps it really doesn't work. Just like the number of licks to the center of a tootsie-pop, the world may never know. (Unless someone decides to up and fund research).
