I have gone up 10lbs in 10days while maintaining the same diet and supp regimen.

I know some will say hey man thats just bloat from creatine. Which i would say if i seen this also BUT...........i had been on this creatine schedule 2 weeks before I started AP. Now i know AP helps absorbe creatine but OMG this is insane. I have noticeably leaned out also in fact just yesterday the wife hugd me and said "not to be mean but your alot.....smaller up top". My pants are looser in my waist and tighter in my legs and butt. I stil have a "bloated" look from the creatine.

All i can say is WOW. USP Labs you guys are truley an innovative and remarkable company. You have just got another loyal customer for life
 
That is phenomenal news man. Great job.

I'm currently on a cycle of JW/PowerFULL til April, which I'm bulking for. I have two bottles of AP waiting for me to use to cut for the summer(I also plan on getting three months of pGHt) so this gives me such great hopes to keep the muscle gains I'm making now while cutting out the fat...and from the looks of it, GET EVEN BIGGER!

K I started Anabolic pump Jan 12. along side with pGH/Tri-lean system + Thyro. X/creatine/glutamine/BCAA/Anagen. Im following reccomended dosage protocals on all supps used. I weighed in on Monday afternoon at 192.5lbs. I had been cutting for 2 weeks at this time. Now 10 days later I weighed in @ 202lbs!!!!! No Bull Sh*t.

The real crazy thing is this is my diet since anabolic pump (dropped 15 gr fat from previous diet)

Meal#1: 6 egg whites + 1 scoop ATW
2 packets weight control oatmeal
1 TBS natty PB

Meal #2: 10 oz. chicken breast
1 cup Brocoli

Pre W/O: 2 scoops ATW
60 gr Carbs from Brown Rice

Post W/O: 2 scoops ATW
60 gr Cabrs from Brown Rice

Meal#5: 8oz Steak
5 spears asparogus
Salad

Meal#6: 1 cup fat-free Cottage cheese
1 TBS Flax Oil

*5 grams Creatine & Glutamine@ #1, pre&post

Im 5'8" and around 11%BF

I would normally call BS, but not with AP being a factor. I've gone from 230 to 236 in 3 weeks on AP, and I swear I appear leaner. I did add IGF a week ago, but that never puts any weight on for me. Soon I will be doing a berberine cycle to compare to AP, but I can't imagine berberine coming close to doing what AP has done for me. Keep up the good work Distilled! Now the question is, can USPlabs top AP? Doubtful but hopeful.

No but I can improve on AP and then retire after I release 10,000 other great supplements that stack well with AP, but topping AP, I may need to find a myostatin inhibitor.

Im not sure because I dont like to measure while cutting. Sometimes it becomes discourageing to me because at times i feel like a toothpick and then look at the measurements and they're down (except waist I love to see that drop). But inlight of all of the wonders with AP i might start, hell they're prolly up more than my bulk :blink:

ANY grocery store will have it. Look for the stuff with the oil sitting on the top. Oh and Natty meaning Natural. No added sugars and what not.

You probably won't like it that much if you haven't had it before. But stick it out and you will grow to LOVE the taste. Then once you try the other crap again, you will taste how terrible it really is/is for you.
 
If you got the fat pockets you can also pick up some disgustingly good Organic Almond Butter....Ohhhhhhhhh man

You said you had been cutting for two weeks, what was your weight before cutting?
 
Wow amazing results I just started AP yesterday can't wait to see what changes I can make in the next month. Keep up the good work.

USP if you come up with a myostatin inhibitor I'll will gladly be first in line to test it:D
 
I'm sorry, but I have to rain a little bit on this parade. I'm not knocking USP Labs at all! I love Cissus and have had good results with Powerful. But, 10 days in now using AP and nothing. I mean nothing. Don't feel any different, don't look any different, don't weigh any different. Maybe a little appetite suppression, but nothing else.

I guess it is possible to be a non-responder to AP or that I will see some benefit after I have used it longer. I was actually very excited about the possibilities and the claims. Just isn't working out that way for me.

I kid, of course. It's very possible that you are a non-responder, it happens with almost every supplement. What is your diet like in conjunction with AP? (not assuming you are using incorrectly, just wondering)
 
My diet has stayed the same since starting the AP, with the exception of adding additional complex carbs after each dose of AP. I thought this type of comparison would be the best to see what effect AP has.

I eat four to five meals a day, fairly clean, high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs. I'll have cheat meals sometimes on the weekends and maybe one meal during the week.

I began using AP at the start of a cut. I've reduced total calories and increased cardio during this period. I'm continuing to lift 4 to 5 times a week during this period. Usually, about every other day I double up with a second 30 minutes of cardio, usually in the morning on an empty stomach.

Well that's because you're not using the whole stack. Remember, it's AP with pGH/Tri-lean system + Thyro. X/creatine/glutamine/BCAA/Anagen. :rolleyes:

No offense to USPLabs--cause you know I'm a big fan of cissus,p-full,cAMP--but it doesn't seem quite right to be using all those supps and then try to claim the 10 in 10 was all AP. Let's be realistic... I mean, I can gain 10 lbs in 10 days by loading creatine.

and I believe it. I am in contest prep and and started AP. I was loosing 1.5-2 pounds a week for around 3 weeks then I started the AP. I lowered my calories even more by dropping some fats. I have not lost ANY weight in the last 2 weeks and my strength has been steadily increasing. Waist is going down nicely as well. I just added DCP to the mix at the end of last week. I look forward to bein ripped!!! I was planning on coming into my show around 200 lbs, now Im thinking more like 205-210!

I mean I am not bashing USP Labs products at all, I love'em.

But how can you gain 10lbs while you are cutting. That seems to me as it would defy the laws of just about everything. Granted, AP is sold to be huge in the nutrient partitioning area and some of you other supps would help "retain" mass during a cut, but to add 10 pounds while you are hypocaloric...well.....Something doesn't seem right at all. Where's the weight coming from if it ain't from food?

Glycogen retention and water weight is a strong possibility.

Some people are insulin resistant so it may will need a bit longer to kick in but once it does you should feel it working.

It tastes 'richer', if that makes any sense, than Natty PB. The same difference in taste/texture between Peanuts and Almonds pretty much. The peanuts being much lighter. Almond Butter + Cinnamon + Whole Grain Bagel = MMmmmm

so....considering the benefits of almonds...would almond butter be a better choice than Nat pb???

Assuming it's organic, yes.

Almonds are far better than peanuts, imo. Definitely not cheaper, though.

I agree, they have more health benefits than Peanuts, though they are not nearly as an economical source. Which is why I said 'if you have fat pockets'

I understand what your saying 100%. I was stateing that since adding AP to the regimen I have gained 10lbs. I was using all other supps for about 14 days prior to adding AP. I was also loseing weight up until I added the AP. Trust me i can gain 10lbs in 10days off creatine as which i usually do. The thing was i had been running 15 gr Creatine a day for 3 weeks building up to AP. Im sure the AP helped absorbe the creatine better.

I started this whole thing just north of 202lbs I think. I had weighed myself every 3 days and was losing about 1lb each weigh in. I dropped the fat a bit and started gaining about a 1lb a day.

As far as beeing an AP non-responer, it may be. Alot of people love Creatine Ethyl-Ester but I hate it. I dont really see anything from it and it gave me a stomach ache. I Love creatine mono and will be the only creatine I use from now on, well other than SizeON when the $ is right.

Edit: I peaked in weight this year @ about 209 around the holidays, then got sick until about 1 weeks before starting the cut.
 
To the OP:

How are strength gains on AP? I only care about strength atm, not so much about adding size, so supplements that significantly help with that would interest me.
 
If you haven't, try Sun Butter, from sunflower seeds. You can get it where the natural peanut butter is.

Yes my strength is up a good bit. Yesterday i did Incline bench 145X15, 185X12, 225X10, 250X8, and 275x4. For a reference i was hitting 265x8~10 during the end of my M1T cycle. But after that im spent my endurance is really poor. I then moved to dumbell bench where I was doing 85's for 4 sets of 8~9, which is down from normal. I think this is do to the lowerd carbs about 180~200gr a day vs. 325gr+ on M1T (when i could get it down)

I am still awaiting my first bottle of AP, I am hoping it is half as good as most claim. Anything over that will be icing on the cake.:yawn:
 
I just ran out of AP today. But for the last 5 days ive been taking only 1 serving of Expland creatine a day and ive gained 5 pounds in those last 5 days of taking AP
