Hi, Im brand new in here. So thought I would ask a couple of questions. I'm 55 and have just gotten back into working out. Did work out for quit a few years, but have not for awhile.

My question is trying to figure the right supps to take. Right now Im taking the BSN stack.
Im also considering 2 other products 1.novedex xt by gaspari nutrition and the other is torque by geared up which is a pro-test.
Can anyone tell me what they think of them
Thanks

Bsn is overpriced but better than muscle tech, both should be avoided. Im guessin your looking for non hormonal test boosters? What are your goals, check out Anabolic Extremes "NHA stack" its "Activate" and "rebound reloaded" natural test boosting by tying up estrogen and increasing free test. similar to what your trying to do with the gaspari nolvadex xt. Other good creatine NO options would be "horsepower" by universal nutrition, these are my choices just read ingredients, find good dosage and click "search" or google it to find what each ingredient does.

Thanks for the quick response. It does get very confussing. I guess Im just like anyone else, looking for size, but still staying low body fat..
Had you heard of torque? The guy at the club said to take both of these(novedex xt and torque)

You do mean DS for the NHA stack, right. ;)

yes, just trying figure out when to take torque,
Not for a long, long time...Torque is just a Superdrol knock-off and it is definitely not for someone new to supps. I agree with the posters above about NHA or even a good ecdysterone product (Anagen or E-bol). These help with strength, size, and don't mess up your hormonal axis.

I would start off with the basics, for example SizeOn, and/or SP 250, and a multi should be good to start. After a good 3 months, when you reach a plateau, I would consider using some extra goodies to blast your plateaus. Take the time to read about superdrol's risks and sides. Re-evaluate if it's worth it for you in 3 months. I am sure you won't have the same opinion :)
