Well It probably says,"best if used by" so it may still have some benefits, but how long did this stuff sit in order for it to be out of date?
If money isnt a big deal, then trash it IMO

ive just bought 2 tubs of san bolt dirt cheap over here. expiry date end of jan 2007. ive stored it in my cupboard. im planning on using one in feb just before i go on gear or maybe post PCT which would be in april ish. the other tub im thinking of getting rid of on ebay or something. in the uk SAN dont have much of a following though like other brands.

i really think you're fine, unless it was in extreme temps the entire time you had it. i'd say use one before and one in pct.

Its fine and should still be effective if kept in normal conditions (low humidity, room temp, etc.) I've used creatine products that were a couple years past the expiry date and they worked just as well as the fresh product.

keep it cool and dry and it should be fine. as long as you can do that without a fridge (seeing as it is winter) you should be fine.

No need really. Honestly, I think you have a better chance of moisture exposure by putting it in the fridge. Everytime you take it out it'll form condensation...depending on how fast you use it could cause some problems.

They'll be fine - just keep 'em in air conditioning.
