I am considering using ZMA long term as a natural Aromatase Inhibitor for life long testosterone replacemenet therapy. Although I am not sure of its mechinism for raising testosterone levels or its longterm safety.

I have heard it should be cycled and have heard of someone who had problems stopping ZMA after 2 months of use, I also dont know if it even is an Aromatase Inhibitor.

Anyone know how its works or if it is safe long term?
Thanks

Zinc and magnesium are required daily for sure! It's not only safe long term, it is a healthy, human requirement. I don't use ZMA but I take 50-75mg Zinc Gluconate and 400-800mg Magnesium oxide every night (w/ a g of Vit.C) and have been for the last 10 years or more.

ZMA is important long term for anyone training hard (consistently). As Dr.D said, these should be daily requirements.
ZMA is not necessary, but convienient to get the Zinc and Mag.
