I've gotten some relief some of the time with glucosamine, coral calcium, Hca, flax...etc.usually after periods of accumulation.
Did ONE 80 mcg dose and pronounced knee pain was 90percent gone the rest of the day.
40mcg today and it's virtually gone!
I'm thinking of front loading it doing it every day for about 4 days then EOD for 7-14 days then sticking with E3D from there out.
Does this sound effective?
Stuffs killin my wallet and want to use it totally effectively yet not overuse either.
Pain eradication and full functional capability is my total goal...(I have arthritis and other knee issues for years)
