Variations of this type of thread pop up from time to time, but as products change I think it's nice to hear everyone's current opinions about things that are staples in their supplement usage. I think most of us would also like to downsize (use fewer products with the same/better results) and even save money when possible. I'd love to hear any and all opinions on your current supplements staples as well as any periodic stacks you are contemplating/will use again. This thread might tie up alot of things that are present on the board but not one particular area. I'll begin the proceedings:

Creatine (Omega Thunder for me, not an area I have experimented greatly in)
Protein Powder (Annabolic Innovations or Lo Carb Grow)
Fish Oil
Vitamineral Green (the best Green Food that I have found)
ZMA
Melatonin 3mg (I have found this to be as good a sleep aid as some other much higher priced products)
Green Tea High ECGC
USP C2 w/Ephedrine pre workout on high intensity days
Stacks:
NHA (Activate plus topical formestane or ATD)
Optional:

Sesamin/Flameout
