    Creatine and Water intake question


    Hi i am currently on CELLMASS CEE Malate creatine. Just wondering, does my water intake need to increase while on this supp, and how much water should i be consuming a day. Im 6'2 170lb

    While on any creatine product you should be drinking a minimum of 1 gallon/day, ideally you would take in closer to 2 gallons but tweak intake to the point where you are not dehydrated but also not too bloated.
