I use Sunny D low sugar as the liquid base of my protein shakes. I have been putting all my powders in with this as well.

Creatine Monohydrate (i assume i need to stop as sunny d is probably acidic)
6 g's BCAA's
Anbolic Innovations C.S.
3/4 cup ground oatmeal

Like I said, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the sunny d is probably breaking down my creatine so i think ill just take that with water.

That being said, is there any reason to believe it would effect the BCAA's i throw in there?

BCAAs should be fine.

The creatine and OJ debate has been around a long time. I don't think you should mix em, personally.

Why do you choose to use sunny d, why not just water?

I find between the Cy Supp, bcaa's and ground oatmeal that the taste just isn't masked well enough with water. So instead i use sunny d and throw in some frozen fuit to make a real frozen smoothie-like consistancy. Post workout i use water and protein only for quick absorption, and use the prior as a meal replacement twice a day on non workout days.
