    Rhodiola rosea root extract (standardized for 3% Rosavins..4.5 mg..and 1% Salidrosides..1.5 mg..)

Directions: Take 2 capsules 2 times early in the day, or 4 capsules at once upon awakening.

    What do you all think?

  2. Looks like a pretty solid supplement if the price is right.

  3. It's from LEF so I expect it to be pricey. Carnosine AFAIK has poor oral bio availability otherwise it looks solid. Traditional ALcar + rala and SOD thrown in for good measure as well as some otehr aoxs like Luteolin. Wouldn't mind seeing some fruit based anti-oxs like grape seed extract for example.

  4. SOD has poor bioavailability but I read somewhere that LEF had cracked this problem. Their stuff is high quality at high prices.

GliSODin solves this issue though not sure it was developed by LEF.

as far as the overall product though it does look good.i take a few of those supps separately already though.i wouldnt get the whole product from lef due to cost if nothign else.

Aside from the issue of injecting it's extremely difficult to find an injectible form.
