    Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer w/ SODzyme


    Trainer at my gym reccomended this to me. Tell me what you think of it.

    Company: LIFE EXTENSION

    Ingredients: Serving Size 4 caps

    Thiamin (vatamin B1 as thiamine HCL) 50 mg 3333%
    Acetyl-l-carnitine hydrochloride 750 mg
    Carnosine 1000 mg
    SODzyme Proprietary Phytoenzyme Blend (Glycine max, zea mays, what sprout concentrate) 300 mg
    Benfotiamine 150 mg
    Luteolin (from Perilla leaf extract..Perilla frutescens) 8 mg
    R-lipoic acid (as potassium-R-lipoate) 150 mg
    Rhodiola rosea root extract (standardized for 3% Rosavins..4.5 mg..and 1% Salidrosides..1.5 mg..)

    Directions: Take 2 capsules 2 times early in the day, or 4 capsules at once upon awakening.

    It's from LEF so I expect it to be pricey. Carnosine AFAIK has poor oral bio availability otherwise it looks solid. Traditional ALcar + rala and SOD thrown in for good measure as well as some otehr aoxs like Luteolin. Wouldn't mind seeing some fruit based anti-oxs like grape seed extract for example.

    SOD has poor bioavailability but I read somewhere that LEF had cracked this problem. Their stuff is high quality at high prices.

    GliSODin solves this issue though not sure it was developed by LEF.

    eh...i will still stick to my subq solution of sod i have.love the stuff

    as far as the overall product though it does look good.i take a few of those supps separately already though.i wouldnt get the whole product from lef due to cost if nothign else.

    Is this some widely available commercial SOD product or from Animal?

    Aside from the issue of injecting it's extremely difficult to find an injectible form.
