I currently have a bottle of Kirkland Natural Fish Oil, Each Softgel contains Natural Fish Oil 1000mg, EPA 180mg, DHA120mg. I weigh 275lbs and have a weightloss goal of 225.
How many fish oil pills should I take daily?
