    Leucine vs BCAAs

Is Leucine just as good as BCAAs?

I usually just put 5-10g of BCAAs in my workout drink. I'm thinking of either substituting it w/ leucine or simply using like 5g BCAAs & 10g Leucine. Possibly trying the whole Megadose thing, but w/ leucine instead.

Leucine's about 30% cheaper than BCAAs.

Interesting article man.. I am taking xtend now, and I love it. I would also like to know what's the difference with the two, and if there is a synergy between them..

Leucine is one of the BCAAs...that is the relationship between them.

I will dig some things up as far as the role of Valine and Isoleucine (the other two)

Xtend uses the same 2:1:1 ratio of BCAAs as our bulk product, with added b6, Glutamine, and Citrulline Malate.
