Isjust as good as BCAAs?
I usually just put 5-10g of BCAAs in my workout drink. I'm thinking of either substituting it w/ leucine or simply using like 5g BCAAs & 10g Leucine. Possibly trying the whole Megadose thing, but w/ leucine instead.
Leucine's about 30% cheaper than BCAAs.
