Question Retain/Lean Extreme continous use risks?

Hi,

Here is a cycle plan :

4 weeks Retain
4 weeks LX
4 weeks Retain
4 weeks LX

I know that these products should be regularly cycled in and out of our supplementary regimen to excellent effect but
what are the risks ( in terms of heath ) if we don't cycled and use in continuous?

Thanx,

Eventually the body will adapt and overcompensate the amount of cortisol that is produced.

Very bad idea!

Like Rodja said, your body will adapt and this is a bad thing. Why not just save some money and do 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off?

I always do 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off.
I just wanted to know the risks in terms of health and not effectivness .

Precisely. Homeostasis always wins when you're merely blocking peripheral conversion.

That depends on the desired purpose. Those that are using these type of products for weightloss are looking for a short term decrease in the effects of cortisol. You are in effect disrupting the balance for a short period and trying to get the most out of an "imbalance" that is in your favor. Same with aas, you disrupt the balance by having unnaturally high levels of hormones and try to maximize the effects of that
imbalance, which again is in your favor. People that are using these products as part of pct are trying to minimize the effects of the imbalance that occurs on cycle and after that is not in your favor.

There are cases of course when there is a natural shortage that supplementation can fix long term. Most people however, are not in this category and are seeking to maximize the effects of a short cycle of 'fill in blank' .
